My Role
As the Creative & Promotions Director, my main role was to create branding for new events, maintain brand consistency for annual events, create multiple collaterals (booklets, guides, posters, business cards etc.), promote events through social media channels and assist in managing the events. During 2018-2019 we held three major case competitions sponsored by companies such as Oxford Properties, multiple charity events with organizations like the Heart and Stroke foundation and Habitat for Humanity and many networking events with companies such as PWC & Deloitte.
Results
My main goal as the designer was to create collaterals for various events to be promoted online, as well as, strategically placed in spaces for audience interaction. Various graphics were created for the unique events and altered for different platforms including print, website banners, presentations, pamphlets, booklets, and social media campaigns. Through marketing, promotion, and outreach efforts multiple events were held with high turn out rates compared to previous years, increase in charitable donations, and increase in social media following.
